Montair LC kid generic name Montelukast Sodium and Levocetirizine which belongs to a leukotriene receptor antagonist. MONTELUKAST is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks substances called leukotrienes which is responsible for the blocking and swelling of the airways in the lungs which cause symptoms like asthma and allergy.
MONTELUKAST also helps in prevention of narrowing airways triggering by exercise. MONTELUKAST LC kid also provides symptomatic relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis and also give relief from the symptoms of Asthma such as bronchospasm.This drug is available in following strengths: Montair chewable tablets 4 mg, Montair chewable tablet 5mg, Montair LC Kid (4+2.5 mg), Montair 10mg.
Doses: – Take one tablet a day or as prescribed by your doctor. Don’t take it frequently. Overdosing may cause laziness, blurred visions. It this symptom appears immediately consult your doctor.
